Quick Supply Co. acquires Elite Blasting Services LLC

BCC Advisers represented Des Moines-based Quick Supply Co. in the recent acquisition of Elite Blasting Services LLC, an independent explosives distributor and service company headquartered in Stony Point, NC. EBS distributes explosives to construction and quarry customers and offers shot services to the construction and quarry markets in NC, SC, VA, TN, KY, GA, and AL.

Founded in 1938, Quick Supply Co. is a full-service distributor of explosives as well as erosion-control, geosynthetics, storm water management products, wall block, landscape pavers and drainage products in the Midwest and Rocky Mountain states. The acquisition will further expand Quick Supply’s geographic footprint to the Southeast in the explosive distribution and shot services market.

This is the sixth acquisition for which Quick Supply has engaged the advisory services of BCC Advisers.
