Manager
Michelle performs business valuations for privately held companies across a wide range of industries and company sizes. She delivers valuation services for ESOPs, estate and gift tax planning, shareholder transactions, and other ownership-related matters. Michelle joined BCC Advisers in 2017 and manages valuation engagements from inception to final delivery, working closely with CPAs, attorneys, trustees, and company management to ensure well-supported, defensible valuation conclusions. Her experience includes valuations of both operating entities and holding companies, supported by comprehensive industry, economic, and company analysis.
Michelle enjoys traveling, being active outdoors, completing home improvement projects, and volunteering with local non-profits.
