With over thirty years of experience in financial compliance, planning, and analytical roles, Lindy's practice includes valuation and consulting for banks, ESOP companies, and those exploring employee ownership. She combines experience and technical expertise with a personable approach, focused on an individual company’s operational challenges and value drivers. Lindy joined BCC in 2006 and is a frequent presenter at ESOP events on topics related to employee ownership.

Lindy takes a lot of pleasure in relationships built with clients over the years. In her work, she loves both numbers and words. In free hours, she is a canoer but not a canoeist and enjoys hiking.
