Kyle Larson Selected for Leadership Iowa Class of 2022-2023

BCC Advisers is pleased to announce Kyle J. Larson, CFA has been selected to join the Leadership Iowa Class of 2022-2023.

Kyle will be one of forty current and emerging leaders from across the state participating in Iowa’s premier issues-awareness program offered by the Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) Foundation. Participants will take an in-depth look at a variety of important topics including economic development, education, government, agriculture and more by travelling to communities throughout Iowa for a series of two-day monthly sessions from October to June. Cities included for the 2022-2023 class include Jefferson, Red Oak and Stanton, Ames, Des Moines, Sioux City, Waverly, and Burlington.

Leadership Iowa exists to educate, inspire, and grow a network of informed leaders and to encourage their ongoing engagement on local and statewide levels. Discussions with subject-matter experts, interactive experiences, and industry tours will provide first-hand exposure to opportunities and challenges, fostering a strong network of problem-solvers equipped to effect positive change.

Participants represent all regions of the state and a variety of industries, companies, and backgrounds. Kyle will join the more than 1,300 Iowans who have taken part in the program since it began in 1982, including BCC Leadership Iowa Alumni Jim Nalley, Tom Cavanagh, and Matt Fett.

Kyle is an adviser and consultant to business owners, helping them and their management teams identify and accomplish their ownership transfer or business acquisition goals. He joined BCC’s M&A team in 2014 and works with clients in a range of industries on both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Kyle also collaborates with international colleagues on global assignments.
