BCC Advisers assists client Hamilton Redi-Mix, a ready-mix concrete supplier for commercial, municipal, agricultural, and residential projects, in its sale to Concrete Supply, Inc.
BCC Advisers is pleased to share the following announcement regarding the sale of our client, Hamilton Redi-Mix (HRM), to Concrete Supply, Inc. (CSI), a combination of two Iowa companies that have served Central and Western Iowa customers for a combined 100+ years. BCC served as HRM’s investment banker and advised in negotiations throughout all aspects of the sale process.
Hamilton Redi-Mix has been providing commercial, municipal, agricultural, and residential customers with ready-mix concrete delivery in North Central Iowa for 46 years. Additional products include washed sand, washed pea rock, pit run gravel, washed river rock, topsoil, and fill dirt. Founded in Jefferson, Iowa, the business has grown to include three modern batch plants, a sand and gravel operation, and a fleet of late model mixer trucks, dump trucks, and heavy equipment. HRM is in its second generation of ownership, employing approximate 30 people.
With headquarters in both Des Moines and Omaha, Concrete Supply has over 25 plants with over 300 employees offering concrete deliveries to the Des Moines metro area, West Central Iowa, Southwest Iowa, and Omaha, Nebraska. CSI has supplied ready-mix concrete for over 60 years and can supply equipment and labor to projects large or small. CSI produces over one million yards of concrete annually.
