BUSINESS VALUATION

Charlie supports business valuation engagements across a wide range of industries by performing detailed financial, industry, and economic analysis. He is responsible for conducting research and developing analytical support used in valuation engagements for a variety of purposes, including ESOPs, estate and gift tax planning, and shareholder transactions. He works closely with team members and clients to support timely and well-documented valuation analyses.

Before joining BCC in 2026, Charlie completed a business development internship with Sammons Financial Group, where he worked on operational initiatives related to transaction processing and data management. His responsibilities included maintaining transaction records and assisting with process improvement projects across the firm's back-office operations.

Charlie also gained investment and wealth management experience as a Financial Advisor Intern with Midwest Heritage Bank. In this role, he conducted industry and market research, performed investment analysis, and supported client relationship initiatives. He also assisted in evaluating and testing new portfolio methodologies designed to enhance client investment outcomes

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys lifting weights, watching movies and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.
